ORIGIN STORY

Our cafe and bakery has something for everyone, from freshly baked breads and small bite desserts, to all day breakfast every day and an extensive lunch & dinner menu. Our mission is to provide gourmet meals the old fashioned way using local ingredients and freshly baked in-house breads.

We recognise the need to be environmentally conscious and at the same time provide wholesome food.

OUR FOUNDER

Baking has been a passion of mine since childhood. The art of baking is peaceful and meditative for me, and it gives me an outlet to spread love to my family and friends. When I lived in Australia, I developed a taste for the incredible coffee that their cafe culture celebrated, and I was also exposed to a variety of cultures and discovered how well food can express emotions. I was working then as an engineer, but when events in my personal life brought me back to India I wanted to do something close to my heart. That is how Beige began, combining my love of great food and beverages with the desire to create a comforting space where people can relax and indulge guilt free, knowing that we use the best ingredients and prepare everything the authentic way.
